счет капитала.Раздел платежного баланса (balance of payments), типовые статьи которого отражают изменение стоимости финансовых активов и обязательств страны в результате внешнеэкономических операций, предусматривающих переход прав собственности. Иными словами, счет капитала предназначен для выявления окончательных сводных результатов многочисленных операций с финансовыми активами и пассивами, произведенных резидентами (residents of an economy) и их иностранными деловыми партнерами за определенный период времени. Типовые статьи капитала, показывающие величины активов (финансовые требования к нерезидентам) и пассивов (финансовые обязательства резидентов), классифицируются в соответствии с рекомендациями МВФ (см. International Monetary Fund) по составлению платежного баланса (balance of payments manual) по видам капитала (прямые инвестиции (direct investment), портфельные инвестиции, прочий капитал) и в соответствии с традиционным разграничением долгосрочных и краткосрочных финансовых требований и обязательств (external transaction in financial claim). Проводки по статьям счета капитала осуществляются на нетто-основе,т.е. каждая операция учитывается только в графе дебета или графе кредита. Приток реальных ресурсов и приращение объема финансовых активов (или уменьшение величины финансовых обязательств) проводится по графе дебета, а отток реальных ресурсов и уменьшение объема финансовых активов (или увеличение размера финансовых обязательств) фиксируется в графе кредита.English-Russian explanatory dictionary of the external economic terms > capital account
